How is the scheme governed?

The Trustee looks after the Scheme, and ensures that benefits are paid in line with the Trust Deed and Rules.

I have moved home recently. How do I let you know about my new address?

Please complete a Change of Address for, which can be downloaded from the Forms section of the Members area, and send it to The Trustee of the Rebus Group Pension Scheme, First Actuarial LLP, First House, Minerva Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough PE2 6FT.

I got married recently. Do you need to know about this?

If you have changed your name, you should let us know so we can update our records. In order to update our records, we will need to see a copy of your marriage certificate. Please send your original marriage certificate along with confirmation of your new name, address and date of birth to The Trustee of the Rebus Group Pension Scheme, First Actuarial LLP, First House, Minerva Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough PE2 6FT, we will return the certificate to you by recorded delivery on the day of receipt. You may also wish to consider updating your Expression of Wish form.

I have recently had a child. Do you need to know about this?

We do not need to know about this, but you may wish to consider updating your Expression of Wish form.

Why do I need to fill in an Expression of Wish form?

The Expression of Wish Form is considered by the Trustee when deciding to whom any lump sum benefits should be paid, in the event of your death. The Trustee also considers other information, such as whether you have any children or other dependants when reaching their decision.

Where can I fill in an expression of Wish form.

You can download an Expression of Wish Form from the forms section of the Members area, alternatively contact First Actuarial and we will send a copy to you in the post.

I have a complaint. Who should I contact?

We are sorry that you have a complaint. As a first step, please let us try to put this right, contact the administrators and let them know details of your complaint. If this does not satisfactorily resolve your complaint, you should raise a formal complaint by following the “Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure”, which can be found in the Relevant Documents section of the Members area, alternatively contact First Actuarial and we will send a copy to you in the post.

My bank account details have changed. How do I tell you about my new details?

Please complete a Change of Bank Account form, which you can download from the forms section of the Members area, and send it to us at The Trustee of the Rebus Group Pension Scheme, First Actuarial LLP, First House, Minerva Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough PE2 6FT.

I am thinking of transferring my Rebus Group pension. How do I go about this?

First Actuarial will be happy to provide you with a Transfer Pack setting out the current value of the pension benefits together with the information you need to make a decision about transferring your pension. Please note that you are only allowed to ask for one transfer value illustration in any twelve month period. Additional illustrations in that period may be subject to a charge.

I am thinking of retiring. How do I find out how much I will get?

Your latest Benefit Statement is available in the Members Correspondance section of the website, which gives you an estimate of your pension benefits. If you are thinking of retiring in the next twelve months, please contact First Actuarial who will be happy to provide you with an illustration of the benefits payable to you.

I would like to make additional contributions.

If you are an active member of the scheme you can pay additional voluntary contributions direct from your pay to the Trustee's chosen AVC provider.
